Content publishing workflow
Measure a draft, review edits, and prepare an optional image exported by your own editor. Keep editable text with the final asset.
Follow the first two steps for text. Continue to the image steps only after exporting a PNG or JPG from your own editor. AscendLab does not render Markdown or create article carousels in this public workflow.
Public tools in this workflow are designed for browser-side processing unless a specific tool page states otherwise. Review each tool page before entering sensitive data. Review data handling.

- Writers
- Developer advocates
- Indie builders
- Content marketers
- Documentation teams
- Legal, medical, or financial publishing that needs formal review before editing.
- Collaborative CMS workflows where comments, approvals, or version history must stay attached.
- Design-heavy social posts that need full layout control in a dedicated editor.
Recommended tool order
Follow the order when the task spans more than one tool.
Measure the draft
Count mixed-language units and review spacing. Keep the source before using Trim spacing, especially for Markdown and code.
- Input
- The exact draft body; decide whether headings and links are included.
- Output
- A length summary with the counting scope and reading-speed setting.
Review edited text
Edit in your editor, then compare both versions. Check code indentation and Markdown breaks before publishing the text.
- Input
- Original draft and edited draft.
- Output
- Reviewed text, ready to preview in the destination CMS or editor.
Size an optional image
Use only when your editor has already exported a PNG or JPG. Keep aspect ratio and inspect lettering at the final display size.
- Input
- An image exported by your editor, not Markdown text.
- Output
- An image with the intended pixel dimensions.
Compare image exports
Compare size and legibility. Keep the original if encoding grows the file or makes text unreadable.
- Input
- The resized image from the previous image step.
- Output
- A reviewed downloadable image plus its editable source text.
