  • Uploaded media (images, videos, and documents) submitted for processing via API or dashboard tasks. Note: the image watermark tool runs entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.
  • API usage metadata including endpoints called, timestamps, and volume for billing and support.
  • Payment and invoicing identifiers processed through our payment partners (we do not store full card data).
  • Device and log data (browser type, IP, error logs) to maintain service reliability and security.

How We Use Data

  • To provide translation results, API responses, and customer support.
  • To generate invoices, track usage against plan limits, and enforce rate limits.
  • To monitor and improve model quality, with access restricted to authorized staff.
  • To detect abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Sharing & Processors

We share data only with service providers needed to operate AscendLab (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & Security

  • Media uploads for translation are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service or as required by law.
  • API logs and billing records are kept for audit and financial compliance purposes.
  • Access to production systems is restricted and monitored; data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your Choices

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal limits.
  • You can disable non-essential analytics via your browser settings or by emailing our support team.
  • For API data portability, contact us and we will prepare an export aligned with our security policies.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the countries where we or our providers operate. We use contractual safeguards when data crosses borders.
