Services

AscendLab provides free browser-first utility tools and supporting guides. Public tool input is generally processed locally in your browser unless a specific page clearly states otherwise. Each published tool describes its intended use, practical limits, and any relevant data-handling exception.

Accounts & Responsibilities

• Public browser tools generally do not require an account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of any credentials, API keys, or account access we enable for you.
• You will ensure uploaded or provided content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security concern.

Fees, Payments, and Taxes

• Public browser tools are currently free to use.
• No paid plan is offered through the current public tools site.
• Any separate custom work requires a written scope and separate terms before payment applies.

Acceptable Use

• No use of the services to create or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• No attempt to interfere with or circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account boundaries.
• No reverse engineering of proprietary models or redistribution of the services without permission.

Availability & Support

We aim to keep public pages and tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided during business hours. Any enhanced response targets, credits, or service commitments must be confirmed in a separate written order or agreement.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our software, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the services.

Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the public tools at any time. We may restrict access for abuse, attempts to bypass security controls, breach of these Terms, or legal requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice, with the effective date shown above.
