Services

AscendLab provides AI-powered translation for images, video, and product content, plus related APIs and support. We may update features to improve quality or security without materially reducing core functionality.

Accounts & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys.
• You will ensure uploaded or provided content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security concern.

Fees, Billing, and Taxes

• Subscription plans and API usage are billed at the start of each monthly platform cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Custom projects are invoiced 50% on kickoff and 50% on acceptance of deliverables.
• Charges through partner marketplaces follow that platform's settlement schedule.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you agree to pay where required.

Acceptable Use

• No use of the services to create or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• No attempt to interfere with or circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account boundaries.
• No reverse engineering of proprietary models or redistribution of the services without permission.

Availability & Support

We target high availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance. Support is provided during business hours, with elevated response times for VIP plans. Outage credits, if any, are outlined in your order form.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our software, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the services.

Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may terminate at any time through your account or by emailing us. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice, with the effective date shown above.
