Services

AscendLab provides free browser-first utility tools, AI workflow preview pages, and account-based document or media processing services when enabled. Public browser tools are generally processed locally in your browser unless a specific page clearly states otherwise. Account-based workflows, APIs, PDF extraction, image translation, and video translation may involve server-side processing after access is enabled and terms are confirmed.

Accounts & Responsibilities

• Public browser tools generally do not require an account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of any credentials, API keys, or account access we enable for you.
• You will ensure uploaded or provided content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
• You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security concern.

Fees, Billing, and Taxes

• Public browser tools are currently free to use.
• Paid workflow plans shown as preview, planned, or coming soon are not charged until access and terms are confirmed.
• Custom or enterprise work, if used, is scoped in writing before payment terms apply.
• Third-party payment processors handle payment details; AscendLab does not store full card numbers.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you agree to pay where required.

Acceptable Use

• No use of the services to create or distribute harmful, abusive, or unlawful content.
• No attempt to interfere with or circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account boundaries.
• No reverse engineering of proprietary models or redistribution of the services without permission.

Availability & Support

We aim to keep public pages and tools available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided during business hours. Any enhanced response targets, credits, or service commitments must be confirmed in a separate written order or agreement.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our software, models, and documentation. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the services.

Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may terminate at any time through your account or by emailing us. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice, with the effective date shown above.
